Ahmed El-Mokhtar

Ahmed El-Mukhtar boasts 20 years of diverse experience in both the legal and compliance sectors. Educated at Tanta University in Egypt, he graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2001 and further honed his skills with a Diplomat in International Law in 2002. In addition to technical qualifications in International Introduction to Securities & Investment and CMA Kuwait Rules and Regulation from CISI institute, Ahmed has held pivotal roles in several esteemed institutions. He joined Massaleh Investment Company and registered as a Compliance Manager with the Capital Market Authority. Prior to joining Massaleh, he excelled as the Legal, Board Affairs & Compliance Officer at Mena Real Estate in Kuwait City from 2012-2023. Earlier roles include Legal Researcher positions at Shuwaikh Gate Holding Company, where he conducted intricate legal research, ensured compliance, and managed cases in Kuwait and Dubai. Ahmed started his legal journey in Egypt, working as a Lawyer for a Private Office. His continuous learning is underscored by training courses in corporate governance, commercial arbitration, advanced computer skills, and communication with prominent legal entities.
